Mia Pintard received her education from the University of Connecticut and went on to achieve a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law. During her time at Emory, she proved herself to be an excellent student, excelling as a Kessler-Edison Scholar and an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Society. Her academic excellence laid the foundation for a legal career characterized by depth, understanding, and versatility.
Mia was trained by some of the top litigators in the nation, which helped her to become skilled in effectively handling a wide range of liability and no-fault insurance cases. Her experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants, which has given her a comprehensive perspective on the nuances of legal disputes. As a defense lawyer, Mia gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of insurance companies, which she now applies as a plaintiff’s attorney to fiercely advocate for her clients.

Mia's expertise is particularly notable in personal injury and wrongful death cases. She specializes in handling complex matters, including trucking accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries. One of the highlights of her career was her contribution to a team that secured one of the top ten largest truck accident jury verdicts in Florida in 2017, demonstrating her ability to achieve substantial settlements and verdicts.
In addition to her casework, Mia is an active participant in The Links Incorporated, the National Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and various local legal associations throughout South Florida.
